Abstract

Recent developments in AI have played a significant role in revolutionizing different areas of biomedical data analysis. Modern high-throughput assays allow the generation of the most comprehensive description of the living cell at the individual molecular level on a grand scale. Large-scale omics data generation techniques have not only allowed the development of detailed and accelerating knowledge about genes, gene products, metabolites, and interaction networks.
