Abstract

Cancer drug development and treatment strategies have undergone a revolution in the past two decades. New technologies have propelled oncology research, providing doctors and scientists with tools to delve deeper into individual patient tumors and create revolutionary treatment strategies. To date, tumor mutations and patient-specific characteristics have been largely ignored in the design of cancer treatment strategies.
