Abstract

This dissertation offers an extensive treatment of customer behavior analytics (CBA), focused more specifically on the retail field and relying on advanced AI techniques, algorithms, and methods. In recent years, artificial intelligence technologies have been shown to be especially useful when large amounts of data need to be interpreted, resulting in a better understanding of customer needs.
